What is Fall Rally? For the newer Key Clubbers out there, Fall Rally is a huge spirited event that allows Key Clubbers from CNH District to meet! Of course, there is a limit. Fall Rally is divided into a Fall Rally North (FRN) and Fall Rally South (FRS) for both NorCal and SoCal. However, Fall Rally is more than just a social event.
